Our multidisciplinary team tests ideas rapidly and continually refines the user experience. By advancing both product quality and technology, we are creating a new platform for research and development.

You will design and build the systems that can fundamentally change how research and development is done. The focus is not on maintenance but on new development aimed at creating value. Product Manager
Product Managers develop a deep understanding of users' challenges and the context in which research and development takes place. Working with engineering and research teams, they work through repeated cycles of forming and testing hypotheses to turn ideas into concrete specifications. They balance technology, user experience and business priorities to guide the direction of the product.

Web Engineer
Web Engineers turn product concepts into reliable, intuitive software. Working across the frontend and backend, they build tools that researchers can use confidently, including those with limited experience of digital systems.

Machine Learning Engineer
In addition to implementing machine learning algorithms, this role covers MLOps as a whole, with an eye to ongoing operation and improvement. Taking an active part in the design of the overall system, we implement the mechanisms that put machine learning to work within the product. The team also applies technologies such as large language models to help researchers interpret information and make better decisions.

Machine Learning Researcher
This role develops, selects and verifies approaches to machine learning technology that bring new value to the product in support of researchers' decision-making. Focusing mainly on adaptive optimisation, we form and evaluate hypotheses based on prior research and technology trends, aiming for methods that measurably improve the quality and efficiency of R&D decisions.

Site Reliability Engineer
This role supports the product's stable operation and security while also taking part in the design and construction of new systems. We build an operational foundation that is resilient to change and sustainable. We bring stability to existing systems and provide the technical foundation needed to grow new products without sacrificing development speed, reliability or quality.
