We work in the field of research and development in manufacturing — an area that relies heavily on individual expertise and is difficult to structure. Rather than pursuing short-term efficiency or automation, we go deeper into the quality of trial and error and the way decisions are made, seeking to bring about change through informatics.

We work closely with clients to understand their businesses and address medium- and long-term challenges together. Rather than responding only to immediate requests, we examine what outcomes the client is trying to achieve and design the right combination of products, services and support with our Product and Solution Development teams. Insights from client work are then fed back into the organisation to improve our offerings.

We begin by understanding the challenges researchers face, then design and build products that fundamentally improve how R&D is carried out. Our multidisciplinary team tests ideas rapidly and continually refines the user experience. By advancing both product quality and technology, we are creating a new platform for research and development.
